Refund Policy 

At Gourmet Cookies by: Cousin, every order is baked fresh and handled with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund and no-return policy except under specific circumstances outlined below.

 

All Sales Are Final

 

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

  • Perishable products cannot be restocked or reused for safety reasons.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

  • If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If approved, we will remake and reship your order at no additional cost or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

 

 

Undeliverable Packages

 

  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will be disposed of for safety reasons.

  • We do offer to remake and reship the order, but the customer is responsible for all new shipping fees.

 

 

Delivery Delays

 

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the postal carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
